After the graduation of the university in Japan, worked in Germany and in the US at World #2 global auto company. Did not see the link of happiness of people and success of carrier. Had a chance to read the book by Prof Muhammad Yunus, “Creating the world without poverty”, which changed the vision of my life. Joined Sunpower Corp at 35 years old, the mission is to change Sunpower completely into a social business company. Currently, 70% of the employees are in vulnerable segment ; disability, single mothers, mental illness, refuges, young generation out of prizon, etc, etc. In 2018, launched Grameen Japan Sunpower Auto, a joint venture between Gameen and Sunpower.
