Chandan Kumar Roy

Medical microbiologist and immunologist working as an academic fellow in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, Bangladesh Medical University, Bangladesh since 2010. Engaged with postgraduate MD Microbiology courses supervision and clinical microbiology laboratory services. Research engagement with Inborn Errors of Immunity (IEI), flow cytometry and Helicobacter pylori infections. Medical graduate (MBBS) from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh in the year of 1995. During undergraduate trainings, Surgery and Medicine were the major subjects. Obtained M Phil Virology in 2003 from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University. Bangladesh college of physicians and surgeons (BCPS) awarded fellowship in Medical Microbiology in January 2008. Present President, Executive Committee of Bangladesh Biosafety and Biosecurity Society.
