Biography

I acquired business transformation methodologies at an international management consulting firm and engaged in projects to create quantitative results through management capability improvement for over ten years. Subsequently, I served as the inaugural director of the “Sayama City Business Support Center Saya-Biz,” a government-led free management consultation service. Over six years, I handled more than 8,000 management consultations mainly for small and medium-sized enterprises in the western Saitama region.
Additionally, as a lifelong commitment, I have been deeply involved in incubating social issue-solving businesses. Since 2013, I have been in charge of planning and managing the “Yunus Social Business Design Contest” proposed by Dr. Muhammad Yunus, as well as conducting workshops. I have held business model workshops for social business development for over 500 teams and more than 1,400 individuals.
Current affiliations include being a visiting researcher at Kyushu University Yunus & Shiiki Social Business Research Center and a specially appointed associate professor at Sagami Women’s University Graduate School of Social Entrepreneurship.
