Biography
Samira Hossain Mili is a dedicated member of the 3ZERO Club, with a focus on achieving Zero Unemployment. She works to design and promote innovation-driven solutions that create meaningful employment opportunities while contributing to the broader 3ZERO vision of Zero Poverty, Zero Unemployment, and Zero Net Carbon Emissions.
As the CEO of Sanrin Gakkou, Samira leads initiatives that bridge global workforce gaps, preparing youth in developing countries with skills to meet labor market demands in advanced economies such as Japan. Her work combines education, technology, and entrepreneurship to reduce unemployment and empower the next generation.
She has a strong background in cross-cultural education as a Japanese language educator and director of a language school in Bangladesh. Her academic achievements include the Japan Foundation Teachers’ Training Program and a diploma in Japanese language and culture at Hosei University, Tokyo.
Currently pursuing ACCA in Japan, Samira integrates finance and innovation with her commitment to 3ZERO values, driving youth-centered solutions to tackle unemployment issue and build sustainable futures.
