Conducted research on artificial intelligence and cryptography at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States.
He studied under Dr. Koichi Masubuchi and Dr. Marvin Lee Minsky, and succeeded in developing the next generation AI circuit “Cognitive Processor”. In 2005, he perfected his research on complete ciphers initiated in 1949 by Dr. Claude Shannon in the United States. He has proposed the only solution to the problem of quantum computers decrypting all conventional encryption and invalidating information security technology, and to information contamination by AI, as well as providing confidentiality and authentication technology essential for the IoT, next-generation Internet, and automated driving.
He holds four graduate degrees from Keio University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After working at McKinsey & Company Japan, he was a visiting scholar at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2014. He is currently the CEO and President of Cipher-Core, Inc. and the Representative Director of the Research Institute of Information Security.
