Dr Mohammad Wahiduzzaman
Biography
Dr. Mohammad Wahiduzzaman is an academician and clinician with a robust public health, cardiology, and diabetology background. He holds a PhD in International Health from Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, focusing on type 2 diabetes. He has a proven track record of teaching and research in noncommunicable diseases. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Noncommunicable Diseases at Bangladesh University of Health Sciences, Dhaka. Dr. Wahiduzzaman has played a pivotal role in shaping public health education in Bangladesh, including coordinating and delivering advanced modules on noncommunicable diseases in collaboration with international institutions. His research expertise is reflected in numerous peer-reviewed publications and significant research projects, where he has served as both Principal and Co-Investigator. Dr. Wahiduzzaman’s dedication to advancing knowledge in cardiovascular health and diabetes, combined with his extensive teaching experience, positions him as a leader in the academic and public health communities.
