Dr. Forhad Hossain

Dr. Forhad Hossain has over 10 years of experience in both industry and academia and is passionate about advancing entrepreneurship development to address social challenges. His academic background spans Management and Information Science, with a strong focus on Social Entrepreneurship, the SDGs, Digital Health, and Health Innovation. He has worked across sectors to design impactful programs, support startups, and promote sustainable solutions that create real value for communities. Through teaching, research, and hands-on projects, he strives to bridge ideas with action and contribute to building a more equitable and resilient future. Dr. Forhad is currently an Assistant Professor at Sophia University, Japan, where he teaches entrepreneurship at both undergraduate and graduate levels. He is also the Founder and Chair of Uddog o Uddokta, a social organization working globally to promote entrepreneurship and sustainable development.
