Towards Collaborative healthcare delivery
Dr. Farhana Ferdousi, holding degrees in Management and Human Resource Management from the University of Dhaka (Bangladesh) and a PhD in Economics from Wuhan University (China), currently serves as an Associate Professor at the Southeast Business School. She also holds the esteemed position of Director at the Institute of Research & Training (IRT) at Southeast University, Bangladesh. With a rich portfolio, she has authored numerous book chapters and peer-reviewed papers in international journals, particularly related to the theme of social entrepreneurship and sustainable development. Dr. Ferdousi’s scholarly contributions extend beyond publications; she has been an active presenter at various prestigious international conferences, where she has showcased her research on impactful programs such as Sustainable/Inclusive Entrepreneurship through micro-credit and social business. Her expertise shines through in topics ranging from the role of social business in women’s entrepreneurship to its impact on youth entrepreneurs and the dynamics of HRM within social business frameworks. In addition, she has organized and facilitated numerous social business idea and business plan competitions, debates, and campaigns for students. Moreover, she serves as a consultant for national and international NGOs on SDG implementation. Furthermore, she actively participates as a panel speaker in various local and global forums, workshops, and seminars.
