Rio Nagai

Rio is currently spearheading business expansion at MITAS Medical, a pioneering healthtech company specializing in tele-eyecare services. MITAS Medical is dedicated to making eye care more accessible and affordable in developing countries and the service has been successfully implemented in several countries, including Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia and Bangladesh. Prior to his current role, Rio worked as a business consultant at Mediva, where he led the establishment and management of primary care facilities and diagnostic centers. He brings a diverse background with extensive experience across more than 10 countries, having served as a country director for a non-profit organization and as an entrepreneur. Rio holds an MBA from EDHEC Business School of France.
